Jack Scher
Jack works on deal flow, portfolio strategy and investor relations, and supports portfolio companies with go-to-market planning, partnerships and entry into international markets. Before joining NetZero Ventures, Jack advised government and industry clients on sustainability strategy and climate risk at Deloitte. Jack holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Environmental Studies.
Shmuel Kedmi
A serial entrepreneur and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience, Avinoam has founded, led, and successfully exited multiple deep-tech ventures across telecommunications, AI, enterprise networking, energy, and thermal management. He has worked closely with leading venture capital firms including Benchmark, Accel, Sequoia, and Norwest. Most recently, Avinoam served as CEO of Carrar and advisor to ZutaCore. Previously, he founded and led Atrica, a pioneer in Carrier Ethernet solutions that raised over $200 million and was acquired by Nokia Siemens Networks. Earlier, he served as Vice President and General Manager at 3Com, leading businesses with annual revenues exceeding $200 million. Avinoam also co-founded my6sense, an AI-driven media technology company, and NiceCom, one of Israel’s early startup success stories. He previously served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Benchmark Capital. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.
