Shmuel holds over 30 years of experience in technology management and development, including as General Partner at OSEG and CEO of RDC – Rafael Development Corporation (RDC), affiliated with one of the world's foremost developers of defense technologies. Shmuel holds a PhD in physics from the Jerusalem College of Technology.

Gideon Friedmann

Chief Technology Officer

Gideon is the former Chief Scientist at the Israel Ministry of Energy, where he spearheaded a major innovative energy tech funding program bolstering academic and industrial R&D ventures. Has over 15years of industry experience in semiconmetrology, medical instrumentation, biotechnology, and energy efficiency. Gideon holds a PhD in physics fromStanford U and an MSc from Purdue U.

Yael Weisz Zilberman

VP Business Development

Yael is responsible for deal flow, marketing and partnerships. Previously, Yael established the Climate Tech practice at Startup Nation Central, assisting global corporations and investors to engage with Israeli innovation. Yael holds an MBA from Reichmann University.

Gil Barnea

An entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in mechanical engineering, IT, chemistry and energy systems. As head of R&D at a leading government agency, Gil was the director of the corporate venture capital division.

Asi’s 25+ years of experience extends to both the public and private energy sectors. Asi was the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Energy, and today he is the Managing Partner at OSEG, in addition to serving as President of NetZero Tech Ventures.

Dr. Barak Ben-Avinoam

General Partner at CGV - ClimaTech Global Ventures

Dr. Barak Ben-Avinoam is a Partner at Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV), a Silicon Valley-based early-stage venture capital fund since 2014, and the General Partner at Climatech Global Ventures (CGV), a specialized ClimaTech fund, since 2023. Barak served as the Founding CEO of NetZero for its first year of operations, and currently serves a Board Member and an Investment Committee Member. Prior to BGV Barak held several C-Level positions in pre-seed investment platforms and technology startup companies in Israel. Barak holds an MBA and a Doctorate of Business Administration, with honors, from the International School of Management, in Paris, France.

Sarit serves as Managing Partner of DK Innovation, Delek US’ corporate venture capital fund. Sarit previously served as EVP and General Manager of Syneron Candela, a medical device company. Prior to that, she was CEO of Gefen Biomed Investments, managing a portfolio of 33 healthcare and cleantech companies.

Yonatan Shek

Yonatan Shek is Executive Vice President in charge of mergers and acquisitions and corporate development at Total Eren. A graduate of Hebrew University and Harvard Business School, he began his career in the financial and strategic consulting entity TASC (energy sector) before joining Total Eren to coordinate M&A and fundraising activities.

Gilles has spent most of his career with TotalEnergies in positions mostly related to technology and new energies (head of renewables, head of R&D for gas and new energies, Chief Digital Officer). Currently, Gilles is senior advisor for science and technology to the president of OneTech division.
