The Helmsley Charitable Trust has announced a $6.6M grant to launch a new energy and climate tech prototype lab at Bar-Ilan University – part of a broader initiative we’re proud to be driving at NetZero Tech Ventures.
Together with the new National Institute for Energy Storage, Bar-Ilan University, the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and with the support of the Israel Innovation Authority רשות החדשנות, we’re working to create the first-of-its-kind Energy Prototype Labs in Israel — designed to help academic and industry breakthroughs in climate and energy make the leap from lab to market.
This is a huge step forward for Israel’s deep tech ecosystem — building the infrastructure and support needed to turn scientific research into real-world impact.
